• Lap pools are long and narrow and used for fitness.
• Infinity pools, typically custom built to highlight a gorgeous view, look like they actually drop off the property.
• Ever heard of a spool? That’s a combination spa and pool. It’s smaller than a pool, usually filled with lukewarm to cool water, and less expensive than a larger pool.
• And don’t forget the all-American kiddie pool, a popular inflatable item that has been around since the 1940s…and for good reason!
